Caine & Weiner is seeking a results-driven Collections Manager to lead onsite collections teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement effective collection strategies. You will coach and mentor staff to drive timely payments and high performance.

The role focuses on overseeing mid to large balance portfolios, improving liquidation rates, and fostering a collaborative, compliant department. Onsite work in a dynamic environment is required.

Qualifikationen

• Solid collections agency experience.
• 3rd party collections experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop remote teams.
• Experience managing mid and large balance portfolios with liquidation targets.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Achieve collection goals and liquidation rates for portfolios.
• Oversee collections team performance and coach on policies and procedures.
• Assist team with challenging calls and guide through difficult collections.
• Monitor performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.

• Participate in hiring and training of new team members.
