Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with customer service and claims processing.
• Equivalent combination of training/education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manages departmental workflow for COBRA notices, billings, remittances, and inquiries.
• Provides on-the-job training and guides staff, handles personnel actions.
• Supports budget preparation and monthly accounting entries for COBRA functions.
• Liaises with other departments to ensure timely information sharing.
