Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a production technician to perform setups, adjust machines, run CNC and manual equipment, and conduct basic inspections. The role emphasizes minimizing downtime, tool control, and adherence to ISO 9001 QOPs and API 671 guidelines.

The position is fully onsite, with training on 1st shift and split shifts, and requires safety-first practices, teamwork, and ability to read complex instructions for setup and operation.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex oral, written and visual instructions for machine set up.
• Set up machines according to instructions or established practice.
• Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections for product in the cell.
• Report equipment malfunctions and material discrepancies to supervisor.
• Follow ISO 9001 QOPs and API 671 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups, machine adjustments, minor repairs, test, calibrate and operate CNC and manual machinery.
• Maintain proper coolant and lubrication levels and ensure correct tooling.
• Break down set ups and clean work area as directed.
• Produce first articles and perform in-process verifications.
• Promote safety procedures and train new employees.
