Qualifications

• 5+ years manual and CNC machining experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Excellent blueprint reading and engineering specification skills.
• Proficiency with Gibbs CAM 2024 software.
• Owns basic precision hand tools.
• HS diploma or equivalent with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Program one-off prototype parts or production parts run.
• Maintain tools and machines for optimum performance.
• Measure dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and attachments.
• Operate lathes and milling machines and related equipment.
• Review drawings and work orders for tooling requirements.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and inspect for defects.
