Boutique Recruiting seeks an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist in Simi Valley, CA to set up and run CNC machines, interpret drawings, and produce aerospace components to exact specs. On-site, temp-to-hire with first- and second-shift options depending on equipment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong setup skills, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years CNC machining experience with independent setup capabilities.
• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection documentation.
• Aerospace manufacturing background and ITP/quality awareness preferred.
• Experience with Haas equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC lathes/mills to produce aerospace parts.
• Read drawings, program offsets, adjust tooling, and optimize feeds/speeds.
• Maintain tight tolerances and perform first-article inspections.
• Document production and inspection results; ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering/quality teams to resolve issues.
