Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Indiana is looking for a skilled CNC machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will read drawings, set up CNC equipment, inspect parts, and support lean production with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 year machining experience.
• Must be able to perform machine shop mathematics, setups, and machining procedures.
• Ability to read micrometers, bore gauges, other complex gauging.
• Demonstrates proficiency in GD&T symbols and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and principles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up CNC machines or equipment in diversified operations to produce a completed product.
• Move or direct movement of materials to maintain constant product flow.
• Interpret process prints and use measuring devices for production gauging.
• Train others in CNC machine operation and tooling setup.
• Adhere to safety rules and apply Lean practices.
