Job summary

Rampant Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud and on‑prem infrastructure supporting mission‑critical applications. The role emphasizes Kubernetes, automation, and secure, repeatable environments.

You will collaborate with development and platform teams to translate requirements into reliable infrastructure, while contributing to CI/CD, security, and documentation efforts. Onsite roles with multi-location consideration.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering Linux systems in production.
• Experience installing, configuring, and operating Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Knowledge of core CNCF projects such as Prometheus, Helm, containerd.
• Practical experience with infrastructure as code tooling, particularly Terraform or equivalent.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/containerd).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of security best practices including secrets management and hardening of Linux systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure.
