Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a Clinician Launch Trainer to lead on-site onboarding and readiness assessments for new clinics. You will travel to openings, train clinicians to global standards, and establish a local educator to sustain onboarding after launch.

You will work closely with launch teams, identify risks early, and help shape the clinic-opening playbook with retrospective learnings to improve future launches.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure (MD/DO/NP) and 5+ years clinical practice.
• 3+ years hands-on scanning or diagnostic clinical work with quality metrics.
• 3+ years training, onboarding, or mentoring clinicians with competency assessment.
• 2+ years running a training program against fixed dates and handover clarity.
• Able to travel extensively; operate across openings and launches.
• Adaptable, direct, calm under pressure; builds relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the clinician onboarding program on site at each new clinic opening.
• Assess clinicians against global competency criteria and sign off readiness.
• Debrief during sessions so trainees shadow real encounters.
• Identify and train a local clinician educator partner during launch.
• Collaborate with Operator Launch Trainer to reach readiness together.
• Provide honest readiness positions to Launch Manager and flag risks early.
• Lead retrospectives after launches and contribute to playbooks.
