Job summary

Neko Health is expanding globally and seeks an Operator Launch Trainer to lead the onboarding program for new clinics. You will travel to launch sites, train operators, and certify readiness to our global standards.

You’ll teach phlebotomy and ECG, assess competencies, and partner with local educator partners. This role requires 5+ years in clinical training and a willingness to spend extensive time on site during launches.

Qualifications

• Active CMA, CCMA, or LPN certification required; other nationally accredited medical certifications accepted.
• 5+ years post-registration experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• 3+ years performing phlebotomy and ECG, with the ability to teach and assess both.
• 3+ years training, onboarding, or mentoring clinical staff, including assessing competency and giving direct feedback.
• 2+ years running a training program or workstream to a fixed date and handing over cleanly.
• Able to travel for most of your working time, including extended periods on site.
• Adaptable, direct, and calm when a plan changes under timeline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the operator onboarding program on site at each new clinic and market opening, across the full pre-launch window.
• Teach and assess the clinical skills that sit alongside scanning, including phlebotomy and ECG.
• Assess each operator against the global competency criteria and sign them off on each device, or extend where more time is needed.
• Scan during Friends and Family and VIP sessions so trainees can shadow real member encounters and resolve quality gaps in real time.
• Identify and train the local operator education partner during the launch.
• Work as a pair with the Clinician Launch Trainer and give the Launch Manager an honest readiness position, flagging risks early.
• Run a retrospective after each launch and feed what you learn into the clinic-opening playbook.
