Job summary

Neko Health is redefining preventive care through fast, data-driven clinic launches. As Operator Launch Trainer, you will travel to new sites to train and certify operators, ensure readiness, and establish a local educator partner.

You will deliver onboarding to global standards across pre-launch periods and live clinics. You will train staff in phlebotomy and ECG while assessing competency, and collaborate with Clinician Launch Trainers to provide honest readiness updates and risk flags.

Qualifications

• Active CMA, CCMA, or LPN; other nationally accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy certifications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operator onboarding program on site at each new clinic and market opening.
• Teach and assess phlebotomy and ECG skills.
• Assess operators against global competency criteria and sign them off on devices.
