Baxter is seeking an Onsite Support Specialist in Indianapolis to serve as the dedicated onsite representative for a strategic healthcare customer. You will provide post-sale clinical, technical, and operational support, drive product adoption, and optimize clinical workflows within Baxter's GSS portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Baxter representative and trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Drive customer success and product adoption through education and support.
• Act as onsite subject matter expert for supported technologies and resolve issues.
• Manage system administration, implementations, upgrades, testing and maintenance.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs to maximize utilization.
• Monitor satisfaction, analyze trends, and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Service, Clinical, Implementation, Product Management, and Engineering.
