Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Indianapolis is seeking an Onsite Support Specialist to serve as the dedicated onsite representative for a strategic healthcare customer. You will provide post-sale clinical, technical, and operational support, act as a trusted advisor, and drive adoption of Baxter solutions within the customer environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience in technical support, customer-facing roles, and/or healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated onsite Baxter representative and trusted advisor, building relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide education, demonstrations, and ongoing support to drive product adoption.
• Deliver technical support and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, workflow, and integration issues.
• Manage system administration activities, implementations, upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and competency-based education programs to maximize utilization.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Service, Clinical, Implementation, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
