Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Onsite Support Specialist to serve as the dedicated onsite representative for a strategic healthcare customer in Indianapolis.

You will provide post-sale clinical, technical, and operational support, acting as a trusted advisor and primary liaison to drive product adoption, optimize workflows, and maximize the customer’s investment. Responsibilities include educating users, delivering training, troubleshooting hardware/software, managing system

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in technical support, customer-facing roles, and/or healthcare environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the onsite Baxter representative and trusted advisor to clinicians, operations, IT, and executives.
• Educate users, demonstrate products, optimize workflows, and provide ongoing support across Baxter GSS portfolio.
• Deliver technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity/workflow issues.
• Manage system administration activities, implementations, upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
• Deliver onboarding and competency-based education to maximize product utilization.
• Monitor satisfaction, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Service, Clinical, Implementation, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
