Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Current (BLS) Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the provider and patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow across age groups.
• Provide instructions for tests, treatments, and insurance processes (precertifications, referrals).
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and diagnostic imaging; ensure chart documentation.
• Maintain prescription filling and ensure timely reporting from specialists.
