Adapt Integrated Health Care in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a part-time Clinical Scribe to join our clinical team. The role focuses on accurate entry of clinical notes into the EMR and supporting clinicians with scheduling and administrative tasks.

You will transpose notes into Adapt’s EMR, assist with calendars, and ensure patient privacy while delivering timely administrative support in a fast-paced setting. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Transcribing clinical notes accurately into the EMR.
• Enter and verify clinical information in the EMR with attention to detail.
• Support clinicians by managing their calendars across platforms.
• Ensure patient privacy and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transpose notes into Adapt’s electronic medical record
• Provide support in managing clinician’s calendar, ensuring consistency between separate platforms
• Understand clinical process to provide support to clinicians
• Complete all administrative support tasks in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all policies and regulations to ensure patient privacy
