Job summary

Cura Hospitality is hiring a Registered Dietitian for its healthcare team in Innsbruck. You will assess patients/residents, identify nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and help maintain nutrition status to improve quality of life. This is an hourly, non-exempt, onsite role.

Responsibilities include educating staff and residents, adhering to practice standards, coordinating with dining and nutrition, and contributing to continuous quality improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Passed national examination by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others pertaining to nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining and nutrition.
• Participate in the development, review, and revision of quality improvement programs.
