Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will identify and assess the nutritional needs of patients/residents, initiate interventions to support nutritional status, and enhance quality of life in line with goals.

As part of the team, you will educate staff and patients, follow practice standards and regulatory requirements, and collaborate across departments to establish procedures for dining services and nutrition.

Qualifications

Must be registered or eligible to sit for the CDR exam and licensed per state requirements.
Continued education commitments: 75 hours every five years.
Experience in healthcare or long-term care recommended.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents and staff.
Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures related to dining and nutrition.
Participate in quality improvement programs.
