Job summary

Accel Research Sites in Maitland, FL is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to ensure accurate entry of clinical visit data in EDC systems and other data software, in compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and SOPs.

The role supports site operations, requires a high school diploma with 1 year of data entry experience, and emphasizes confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is an onsite, full-time position in the Operations group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ability to type 40+ wpm.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication.
• Able to handle confidential information per HIPAA.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into EDC and other clinical software.
• Review charts and records to ensure accurate data entry per protocol.
• Report irregularities to study team.
• Support other clinical research activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with SOPs/BOP/GCP guidelines.
