Job summary

Eastside Research Associates in Redmond, WA, is seeking an Electronic Data Capture Specialist to support multiple clinical trials with real-time data entry. The role requires initiative and accuracy in a fast-paced research environment.

You will transcribe data into EDC systems, verify data against source documents, and adhere to SOPs and GCP. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and EDC tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of research EDC systems (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe source data into EDC systems per protocol requirements.
• Verify data integrity by comparing it to source documents.
• Follow SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements in EDC activities.
• Answer queries within the EDC system promptly.
• Assist QC of patient files per established standards.
• Prepare and scan documents into EDC systems and ERA database.
• Assist with onsite monitoring visits preparation for each study protocol.
