ManpowerGroup is seeking a Client Coordinator in Massachusetts to support onboarding, safety, and service delivery. You will manage talent onboarding, verify documents, and maintain clear client communications throughout the day.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, data entry, time tracking, payroll, and invoicing, with a focus on delivering a seamless client and talent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in administrative, customer service, retail, sales, and/or another fast-paced environment
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical: Proficient in Digital Literacy: Desktop (e.g., MS word, Workforce Management Systems, Excel and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Review client workforce needs and prepare onboarding for talent.
• Onboard and orient new talent, including safety procedures.
• Check in with talent and communicate with the client on performance and safety.
• Enter data and generate client reports, reconcile hours and payroll.
• Close out day with admin tasks and update client/talent records.
