Protos Security is seeking a Client Support Supervisor in Roanoke, VA to oversee dispatch floor operations and lead a high-performing team. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and client service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The supervisor will manage workflows, coach staff, and ensure timely resolutions for client inquiries while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Weekend shifts are required, onsite in Roanoke.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in logistics, scheduling, dispatch, or a similarly fast-paced operational environment required.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage risk.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch floor operations and lead a high-performing Client Support team.
• Drive operational performance by managing productivity, service quality, and key floor metrics.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex client and operational issues.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal departments to resolve concerns.
• Utilize multiple software platforms and reporting tools to track performance.
