Protos Security is hiring a Client Support Team Lead to supervise and optimize dispatch floor activities in Roanoke, VA. This onsite role requires weekend availability and an evening shift (4:00pm-12:00am), with responsibility for monitoring queues, coordinating resources, and delivering top-tier client service.

• Lead and support frontline teams to deliver exceptional client service.
