Job summary

Protos Security is seeking a highly motivated Client Support Team Lead for the Roanoke, VA area, onsite, with a weekend overnight shift. Reporting to the Client Support Supervisor, you will lead the dispatch floor in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will monitor queues, coordinate resources, and troubleshoot operational issues while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining service levels. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of team leadership experience in logistics or dispatch.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and act with integrity.

Responsibilities
