Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Client Services Processor – Level 2 to support the Client Services team at the Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio. The role handles stock entries, order processing, and communications with internal departments to resolve client issues.

You will work with SalesForce and STORIS, manage exchanges, and provide prompt, accurate information to showroom guests. The position offers varied shifts and an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a customer-service-focused environment required; high-volume call center preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and STORIS is required; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, detail orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Services team in processing orders and resolving client issues.
• Enter Stock, Special Parts Orders and Exchanges; follow up with clients promptly.
• Communicate canceled Purchase Orders and Fabric Delays/Samples; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist showroom guests as a source of accurate information and FAQs.
