Arhaus is seeking a Client Services Processor – Level 2 to support the Client Services team at our corporate office. This role focuses on handling order processing, client resolutions, and cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
You will enter stock and special orders, manage exchanges, communicate delays, assess image details, and maintain show-room FAQs while providing top-notch service to clients. On-site in Ohio, with varied shifts and a potential bonus opportunity.
Through their work on the back-end of operations, our Client Services Processors – Level 2 support the Client Services team in providing best-in-class service to all our clients. They work with our internal departments to ensure proper execution of client resolutions and order processing. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, solutions-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service to all our clients. This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio and offers varied shifts and schedules.
