Job summary

Stivers Staffing Services is hiring a Client Service Manager in the Shaker Heights area to lead client service efforts, oversee funding operations, and partner with leadership to ensure accurate, efficient service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and 5+ years in factoring or financial services, with strong analytical skills and proven team leadership; onsite Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a comparable field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in factoring, lending, financial services, or a related environment with prior team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to review account activity and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team reviewing weekly client funding activity.
• Examine invoices, time records, and related documents to confirm funding accuracy.
• Ensure approved client payments and funding requests are processed on time.
• Monitor account activity and client performance to identify risks or concerns.
