Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in factoring, lending, financial services, or a related environment, with prior team leadership experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to review account activity and financial documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and leadership while building productive relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Factor SQL is a plus.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Pay: $100,000 - $115,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

In this role, you’ll lead client service efforts, oversee funding-related operations, and partner with leadership to ensure accurate, efficient service. You’ll help strengthen client relationships and support the needs of staffing and transportation customers in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supervise and develop a team responsible for reviewing and processing weekly client funding activity.
• Examine invoices, time records, purchase orders, bills of lading, and related documentation to confirm funding accuracy.
• Ensure approved client payments and funding requests are processed correctly and within required timelines.
• Monitor account activity, client performance, and debtor trends to identify potential risks or concerns.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing service needs, resolving issues, and providing timely communication.
• Investigate unusual account activity, operational challenges, and changing payment patterns
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support efficient use of the Factor SQL system.

• 5+ years of experience in factoring, lending, financial services, or a related environment, along with prior team leadership experience.

• Work comfortably with Microsoft Office and financial systems; experience with Factor SQL is a plus.
