Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Client Coordinator to support UPS in the Louisville Metro area. The role focuses on seamless client and talent experiences, ensuring safety and compliance throughout daily tasks.

You will manage onboarding, talent engagement, reporting, and data reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on safety and site procedures. This onsite position is located at 161 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40214.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in administrative, customer service, retail, sales or another fast-paced environment.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: Proficient in Digital Literacy: MS Word, Workforce Management Systems, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• The Client Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Talent Management & Engagement, Service Delivery, Customer Service & Relationship Building, and Administrative Support.
• Data Entry & Reporting: ensure time entry, attendance, payroll and invoicing data are accurate and reconciled.
• Order Management and onboarding processes, safety briefings, site orientation, and client communications.
