Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Client Coordinator (Conv) -- IHA to support a seamless experience for client and talent on-site in Sacramento. You will handle onboarding, safety, and daily operations to keep service delivery efficient.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, coordinating talent, conducting I-9 verifications, engaging talent, reporting to clients, and ensuring compliance and safety throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in administrative, customer service, retail, sales, and/or another fast-paced environment
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical: Proficient in Digital Literacy: MS Word, Workforce Management Systems, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage order receipt and processing, including client requests and talent assignments
• Complete I-9 verifications and onboarding documentation for new talent
• Talent management and engagement, plus client reporting and data reconciliation
• Data entry, timekeeping, payroll and invoicing processes, with safety reporting and compliance checks
• End-of-day wrap-up tasks and updating clients on activity and safety issues
