Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for senior client stakeholders on complex technology programs.
• Lead cross-functional onsite and offshore teams across infrastructure and applications.
• Set ownership, performance expectations, and accountability across large delivery teams.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes of large-scale programs.
• Manage program governance, planning, execution tracking, and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and dependency risks.
• Maintain RAID logs and facilitate risk reviews with leadership.
• Drive timely decisions and escalations to minimize business impact.
• Deliver complex programs on time with high client satisfaction.

The Onsite Client Contact & Delivery Partner serves as the single-point, onsite leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Data Center (DC) Exit program, while owning day-to-day client interaction, governance, and delivery assurance. This role is fully accountable for DC exit outcomes, milestone adherence, risk management, and executive-level communication, ensuring successful completion of legacy data center exit activities in alignment with contractual commitments, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders as the single point of contact for complex technology programs.
• Strong client management capability with a track record of building trust, handling escalations, and driving timely decisions.
• Extensive people management experience, leading cross-functional onsite and offshore teams across infrastructure and application domains.
• Demonstrated ability to set clear ownership, performance expectations, and accountability across large delivery teams.
• Led large-scale programs end to end, with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes.
• Deep expertise in program management governance, including planning, execution tracking, and executive reporting.
• Proven risk management experience, proactively identifying delivery, operational, and dependency risks with mitigation plans.
• Hands-on experience managing RAID logs and facilitating risk reviews with client and internal leadership.
• Strong decision-making and escalation management skills to ensure minimal business impact and predictable delivery.
• Consistent record of delivering complex programs on time while maintaining high client satisfaction and team morale.
