• Experience leading end-to-end data center delivery and network build projects.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and monitor large budgets.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery from shaping approach to successful outcomes.
• Develop long-term strategies for data center construction and network build.
• Coordinate design and construction for seamless handoffs with procurement.
• Oversee all phases of complex data center projects, within time and budget.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out and LV integration with overall project scope.
• Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors and contracts.
• Manage budgets, resources, and cost controls; identify risks and mitigations.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and regular status updates.
