The role oversees scope, schedule, budget, risk management, executive reporting, and cross-functional teams, requiring 15+ years of program delivery experience and a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program delivery, infrastructure transformation, or data center exit/migration programs.
• Proven client-facing leadership experience in large, complex delivery engagements.
• Strong people management and multi-team leadership skills.
• Hands-on expertise in program and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for senior client stakeholders on complex technology programs.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction, governance, and delivery assurance.
• Lead cross-functional onsite and offshore teams across infrastructure and applications.
• Set clear ownership and accountability across large delivery teams.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes end-to-end.
• Provide executive reporting and RAID/Risk management reviews.
