Palmer Group is actively recruiting for a contract-to-hire Financial Services Call Center Representative to join our client's team in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. You will communicate with financial representatives and deliver professional service in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will handle 40-50 inbound calls daily, navigate multiple computer systems, and work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of call center experience preferred, but not required.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Must pass a credit check.
