CentraCare Health in St. Cloud, Minnesota, is seeking a Patient Scheduling Assistant to handle incoming calls, register patients, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced call center.

The role starts with in-office training at our South Point location and transitions to a work-from-home structure. You will provide friendly, professional service to diverse patients, require a HS diploma, two years of call center or health care experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Two years’ previous call center or health care experience required.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Products is required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer patient calls and perform patient registration.
• Schedule appointments over the phone.
• Provide superior customer service with a friendly, professional voice.
