Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound phone support to policyholders, claimants, agents, adjusters, and other customers.
• Answer questions, provide basic claims information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Enter new loss report information and update claims documentation accurately.
• Assist with follow-up calls and other claim file support activities.
• Access and verify policyholder and claims information.
• Prepare and process time-sensitive and confidential claim documents.
• Support claims teams in property, liability, workers’ compensation, medical, and other areas.
• Provide customer service support during severe weather events, including catastrophe loss reporting.
• Complete administrative duties such as filing, copying, imaging, faxing, and mailing.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
