Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to verify benefits using a structured list of questions.
• Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Verify insurance information, eligibility, deductibles, copays, and timely filing requirements.
• Review and enter procedure codes using the company’s claims processing system.
• Perform accurate data entry using 10-key and alphanumeric entry.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives by phone and email.
• Maintain detailed records while meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Support claims processing for an Early Intervention program serving children ages 0-3.

• College coursework or a degree is a plus but not required.
