Job summary

AECOM in California seeks a Civil Construction Engineer to support the High-Speed Rail program by applying data analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting to improve project delivery. This on-site role suits an early-career professional with a BS in civil or mechanical engineering and at least two years of relevant experience.

You will develop and maintain dashboards, handle data from enterprise systems, perform QA/QC, and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and program

Qualifications

• BA/BS in civil or mechanical engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present data clearly.
• Experience with data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data workflows and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and analysis for program delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and project metrics.
• Create clear data visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with integration of data across enterprise systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.
