Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Mid-Level Civil Construction Engineer to support the California High-Speed Rail program from on-site locations in Fresno, Bakersfield, or Sacramento. The role requires a civil/mechanical engineering background with 4+ years of related experience and strong data analytics, reporting, and data workflow capabilities.

You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports, integrate data across enterprise systems, and support project controls, schedules, and leadership with QA/QC checks

Qualifications

BA/BS in civil or mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with data systems and analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Responsibilities

Support engineering and project teams with data collection, validation, and analysis for program delivery
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, schedules, and project metrics
Use data visualization tools to present complex engineering data clearly
Assist with integration and management of data across enterprise systems
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership and program teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and data gaps
