AECOM is seeking a Civil Construction Engineer to join our Bakersfield, Fresno, or Sacramento Office. This onsite role supports the California High-Speed Rail program with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

Ideal candidates have a BS in civil/mechanical engineering and at least two years of experience with data systems and analytics. You will develop dashboards, manage data across enterprise systems, and produce standard and ad hoc reports for leadership and project teams.

Formación

• BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering and project teams with data collection, validation, and analysis related to program delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, schedules, and project metrics.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex engineering and program data clearly.
• Assist with integration and management of data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, stakeholders, and program teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and data gaps.
• Apply engineering principles to interpret data trends and support decision-making.
• Perform QA/QC checks on datasets and reporting outputs.
• Contribute to documentation of workflows, reporting procedures, and data standards.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and data management.
