VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Specialist, Chat and Email (Level 2) to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment at our Morrow, GA office. The role involves empathetic inquiry resolution, written communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and knowledge resources.

A minimum of 3 years in customer support with Trust & Safety exposure is preferred, along with the ability to handle multiple live chat conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Support or related role.
• 1+ years in informal or shadow leadership.
• 1+ years experience in Trust and Safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide empathetic support to customers via email and chat, resolving inquiries end-to-end.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
• Help update knowledge articles and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve concerns and improve the customer experience.
