Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior Project Finance Credit Delivery professional in the United States to manage a portfolio of project finance debt and tax equity investments across energy sectors. The role underwrites extensions and upsizes while maintaining risk/return discipline and oversees client dialogue and risk mitigation actions.

You will build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, valuation), perform due diligence, and drive quarterly risk ratings and client reviews.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree.
• 3 years of underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• Strong accounting, credit, financial modeling and underwriting knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Licenses: Series 79; Series 63; SIE. (May be earned within 120 days after start date)

Responsibilities

• Manages, coordinates and executes credit event processes within own portfolio and across the team, with due diligence and approvals.
• Creates and utilizes analytical financial models including DCF, LBO, and valuation analysis.
• Performs research and analysis on companies, industries and transactions to support client activities and risk mitigation.
• Independently manages a smaller portfolio of clients with oversight from Team Leaders.
• Ensures timely submission of annual reviews, underwritings and amendments for review and decisions.
• Maintains quarterly risk ratings and mentors Analysts and Summer Interns.
