Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks an experienced Day Center Manager for Riverside, CA to oversee day center operations, participant flow, and non-clinical staff coordination at the PACE Day Center. This role ensures regulatory compliance, HIPAA adherence, and effective interdisciplinary workflows to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitative therapy, nursing, social work, recreational therapy, or related field is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience required; healthcare/ambulatory setting preferred.
• Three years of experience in a healthcare setting; PACE experience highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and maintained as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day center operations and participant flow.
• Coordinate non-clinical staff and Activities programming.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA/documentation standards.
• Lead IDT meetings and coordinate interdisciplinary workflows.
• Manage staff development, onboarding, performance, and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.
• Monitor budget and ensure operations stay within approved targets.
