Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare PACE seeks a Day Center Manager to oversee Riverside Day Center operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. The role coordinates non-clinical staff, manages participant flow, and supports IDT processes with the Center Director.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in healthcare, 2+ years supervisory experience, BLS certification on hire, and English/Spanish language preference.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to all day center operations, including participant flow and activities.
• Reviews staffing levels, enrollment and center capacity, and coordinates with contractors.
• Oversees HIPAA compliance and documentation, incident reporting, and corrective action.
