Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a versatile onsite team member to operate cell manufacturing and test equipment, inspect parts for quality, and follow detailed processes to complete production orders. The role includes routine preventive maintenance and assisting in training new associates on standard processes within manufacturing.

Candidates should be able to work across molding, machine operation, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements and/or assembly instructions.
• Records production and operational data on specified forms or within data-tracking systems.
• Performs quality checks on products and parts.
• Maintains an orderly, safe, and clean workplace.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements and/or assembly instructions.
• Selects, aligns, and secures tooling, accessories, and materials on machines.
• Enters appropriate settings and calibrates equipment for the production order.
• Records production data and performs quality checks.
• Assists in training of new associates on standard processes.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
