Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an on-site manufacturing associate to set up and operate cell production, inspect parts, and perform standard work across multiple tasks. The role includes training new associates, communicating production issues, and collaborating with purchasing, engineering, and customer service to meet delivery goals.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and prior industrial assembly is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements and/or assembly instructions.
• Selects, aligns, and secures tooling, accessories, and materials on machines (hydraulic presses, burnish/test machines, fixtures, tools).
• Enters settings and calibrates equipment for production orders.
• Records production and operational data in data-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality checks on products and parts.
• Verifies dimensions using measuring instruments (micrometers, height gauges).
• Rotates through all tasks in a production process.
• Works at various workstations and collaborates with teammates to meet customer needs.
• Explains assembly procedures or techniques to other associates.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly workplace.
• Participates in cell meetings and events.
