Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of hardware and software support.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer support environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Willing to work day, swing and weekend shifts.
• Casino experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Answer calls routed to the phone queue.
• Monitor the case tracking system for new cases.
• Ensure first-call resolution or escalate as needed.
• Read and understand T-SQL queries.
• Provide customer training on Aristocrat software.
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot frontend issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
