System One is seeking a Project Document Controller in Hillsboro, OR for a contract role requiring 2-5 years of PDC experience within CAPEX projects. The position focuses on document control and administrative support, using Autodesk Construction Cloud and CAPEX document management systems.

The role is onsite with responsibilities spanning policy enforcement, training on document workflows, and coordinating onboarding, access control, and project scheduling to support the project team.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering, business administration, or equivalent field.
• 2-5 years of work experience as PDC for project documentation in CAPEX projects (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications, Google Suite, and CAPEX document management system.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures for documentation management.
• Implement and train project team on document management procedures and systems, including project document workflows and milestone tracking.
• Develop and update the Project Document Controls & BIM Plan in CAPEX projects, with support from the Design Manager.
