Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager in Austin to lead leasing staff, drive marketing campaigns and coordinate resident programs. You will work with the property manager to align events with PeakMade branding and revenue and occupancy goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, digital execution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences for college students in off-campus housing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade communities.
• Plan and implement lease up events, renewal parties and resident programs.
• Give property tours onsite and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits.
