PeakMade Real Estate, based in Atlanta, seeks a Leasing Manager to lead on-site leasing and marketing for off-campus student housing. You will collaborate with the property manager, plan and execute events, and drive occupancy, revenue, and retention goals while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service as a PeakMade representative.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs and concerns.
• Lease and renew apartments in-person, by phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date leasing data and prospect traffic.
