Job summary

You will handle hardware, software, workstations, printers, user accounts, and basic connectivity issues with onsite, remote, and phone support. Training, documentation, and library updates are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• One year of directly related computer-support experience required; two years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technology support for faculty, students, staff, and administrative users on hardware, software, and basic connectivity.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, device setup, and maintenance; escalate complex issues to senior teams.
• Create and update user procedures, knowledge articles, and support documentation; assist with trainings and libraries.
